When I first started my business, these two were one of the first to trust me with their wedding day photography.
Funny story now but horror story then, my husband (“assistant”) and I made the wrong turn while traveling to the church for the ceremony. Ended up at a traffic light with stop dead traffic with no u-turn possibility to get out of there. Two minutes to start time for the ceremony and we were still stuck and nowhere near close to the church location. Panic attack couldn’t even describe what was going on inside of me. Long story short, the Priest waited, the bridal party enjoyed their time in the limo and the guests inside of the church? Well, I’m sure they noticed something was wrong but everyone came out alive (me) and ceremony was captured.
Soon after their wedding they moved across country as newlyweds. Came back to the east coast (yay) and here we are. First comes love, then comes marriage and I seriously can’t wait to meet the baby in the baby carriage. Corny? I don’t care. They still trust me with their most precious moments even after being late to their wedding. So it’s all rainbows and unicorns and Disney singing birds for me.
In all seriousness, I couldn’t be happier to see how much love they have together. And it’s about to get even bigger.
